Foster Application - Volunteer for the Care and Transportation

Must be completed before requesting fostering for any of our animals. No exception. All fosters can and will be willing to produce transportation and care at their own cost. Please stop and discard the fostering application if you cannot provide transportation or have financial difficulty. Contact us for pre-approving for financial assistance before filling out this application. Foster parents will be required to transport animals to/from local vet offices/shelters and/or photoshoots and adoption events, sometimes with very short notice.

Instead, Kavik Wildlife Foundation reserves the right to decline an application without releasing our reasons why.
